Keyboard Annoyance

dOES ANYONE EVER FIND THAT AFTER WRITING A COUPLE OF SENTENCES, THIS HAS HAPPENED. iT REALLY IS IRRITATING.

My caps on, caps off key switching technique is obviously off and needs correction
